REGULAR POLISH SERVICES
Akoi Nail Spa does NOT guarantee the longevity of ANY regular polish product once your appointment has been completed due to the various factors explained above the formulation and manufacturer’s instructions on regular nail polish.
GEL POLISH SERVICES
Gel Polish is a light-cured polish product that may last a duration of 1-2 weeks depending on several factors specific to the client including: client lifestyle, health and following of maintenance instructions.
However, there may also be additional complications in the application process, chemistry of the product and other factors that may cause product breakdown (peeling, lifting, fading, wrinkling, ect) Our salon GUARANTEES all gel polish applications for 3-days in which you may return to the salon to have a repair done FREE of charge.
However, it is at our salon’s discretion if we feel that your product breakdown exceeds normal wear and tear, you will be charged for the nail repair service. Any additional repairs required outside of a 3-day time frame and prior to your next maintenance appointment will be subject to a repair charge of $15 and over.
NAIL ENHANCEMENT SERVICES
Acrylic & Gel Nail Enhancements are a permanent nail product designed to last for an indefinite time when appropriately maintained. Maintenance on these services should be conducted every 2-3 weeks.
We love when clients request a perfect set of long nails, however, this requires the use of extra product, time and supplies. This will be most beneficial for your nail’s health preventing lifting, chipping, and breaking. An additional charge for signature shape will be added to your services depending on the length of your nails.
We recommend ALL nail enhancement services return for appropriate maintenance every 2-3 weeks to ensure proper stability of the nail and to maintain nail health.
Our enhancements are NOT indestructible, and you can experience complications after a service including loss of nail, severe breakage and/or other factors directly related to application error or product chemistry. Our salon GUARANTEES all enhancement services for 3-days in which you can return to the salon to have repairs done FREE of charge!
However, it is at our salon’s discretion to charge for the nail repair if we believe that your product breakdown exceeds application or chemistry error. Any additional repairs required outside of a 3-day time frame and prior to your next maintenance appointment will be charged $10 PER nail. If a repair is made during your next maintenance appointment there will be an associated charge of $5 PER nail.
DIP POWDER SERVICES
Dip Powders are a safe, healthy alternative to traditional acrylics and gel polish. Dip Powders have no odor when applied and can be applied within a half or a third of the time acrylics take. Soaking off is easier and will results in healthy beautiful nails.
People that are allergic to methacrylate can wear dip powder without any issue. Try it out if you are allergic to traditional acrylics or gel polish. Since dip powder do not contain methacrylate, your nail beds do not soften at all, you will notice after the first application how strong your natural nails are and especially how strong it will be after wearing it for an extended period.

NAIL ART & 3D EMBELLISHMENTS
Nail Art services have become extremely popular over the last few years and with new technology, products and techniques coming out every single day, it’s important for our salon to always be able to provide them to our clients. Some products have a much higher price point than what is included in the average service cost and there will be an additional charge made for such products depending on the length of time being spent on each design.
All nail art fixtures with raised surfaces such as Swarovski Crystals, Diamonds, Gems, Glitter and 3-d embellishments are NOT GUARANTEED by AKOI NAIL SPA due to the unpredictable nature of the client daily activity that may cause loss of these items.
ADDITIONAL
If arriving for your appointment with nails that have been completely removed (by accident or on purpose) or have suffered breakage, our salon reserves the right to an additional $5 & up PER nail charge due to extra product, time and supplies needed for the fix process!
AKOI NAIL SPA is happy to accept NEW CLIENTS that may be looking at transferring from another salon/nail technician for their intended nail service. However, due to the unpredictable nature of performing work on top of your previous technician’s work there may be additional fees required by the client.
*If you are not satisfied with your nail color, shape, or art, please let us know as soon as possible before we apply a top coat. We will gladly accommodate to your preference. However, if the top coat had been applied, and you decided it is not to your liking, AN ADDITIONAL charge will be applied for a polish change. If there’s availability, we will be happy to take care of you. If we have clients waiting, we can reschedule you to come back. *
